We Hiked 8.5 miles in 8 hours and 15 minutes (1.0 MPH average).
We gained 2537 feet elevation to the top of Friday Mountain and 375 feet for
Balsam Cap for a total elevation gain of 2912 feet.
Sunday at car 8:30 AM 
4:42 PM 
It was a very easy hike as long as you did not:
A: Look up 
B: Look down 
C: Look back 
or D: Look forward 
Of course a canister makes it all worthwhile- This is Friday
